Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse
On this page you will find the
simplified and improved recipe (according to my
experiences) to clean the liver, and the
original recipe from the book The Cure For
All HIV & AIDS by Dr. Hulda Clark.
Vital
The liver is a vital organ that has multiple functions in the
human body. It contains a large number of bile ducts, and the bile removes
toxins from the blood and throw it into the intestines. It has a filtering
function, much like the oil filter on a car.
Unlike the oil filter you need to replace every X miles, the
liver can not be replaced. By cons, it needs to be cleaned every 6 months, so
2 times a year. A little hard to do if you never heard of it!
Cancer
ALL cancer patients are suffering from liver failure. The
liver can no longer detoxify the body. In addition to the obstruction of bile
ducts by stones, the liver is overwhelmed by the transformation process of
lactic acid in cancer cells by glucose.
Normal situation
The liver is damaged by the infestation of parasites and
chemicals, such as alcohol: beer, wine, spirits, isopropyl alcohol, and all
products containing alcohol such as medications, cleaning products and others.
In addition, we must eliminate the stones of the liver to
liberate the bile ducts. The stones are irregular but elongated and their sizes
vary. At the center of each there is a mass of bacteria that is harmful to the
body.
Pain
It is shown that stones cause pain in the upper back and
shoulders, including bursitis.
In addition, they prevent the normal detoxification of the
body. Which can cause allergies!
That was precisely my case. I was allergic to almost
everything when I was young. And from the moment I did my first liver flush, it
was over! NO MORE ALLERGIES!
Stimulation
If you want to stimulate the liver naturally, you can take
the following botanical remedies: celandine (Chelidonium), podophyllum,
Boldocynara, lycopodium, barberry (Berberis vulgaris), and vitamin C.
This is outside the Liver Cleanse, on regular days.
Cleaning
The first time I did this cleanse, it was in the Philippines
in November 2007 when I visited the
Wellness
Institute. Where I tried and learned many
things about health.
What was my astonishment when I saw the amount and size of
stones that came out by natural means, without pain, WITHOUT SURGERY.
Stones
See for yourself:
1.
2.

1.
First cleaning in 2007 - size of plastic bowl
about 22"
2.
Second cleaning in 2010 - size of plastic bowl
about 14"
Please note in the first photo in the upper right, the
largest stone measured 1.5" long! Normally, the doctors do surgery to remove
them! It was my first cleanse after 34 years of accumulation in the liver.
Also note in the second picture, how the stones have changed
in terms of quantity, shape, and color. It is still surprising what can be
accumulated in just 3 years!
It is clear to see how important it is to do the cleaning
regularly, because these stones block the bile ducts and prevents the liver from
doing its job.
Harvest
If you want to see the stones, you must harvest them. That is
to say they do not come out all clean like that.
You will need a plastic mesh that you put under your toilet
seat, so your stool falls in it.
Then you'll need to use water to clean up the stones. Then,
you can put them in a plastic bowl.
If you follow the original recipe, that is to say with Epsom
salt a potent laxative, the first two glasses are to empty the bowel completely,
so that the stones then drop in it. And the other two glasses are used to bring
down and remove the stones that morning. For cons, I think the Epsom salts is
much too hard on the physical body.
But if you do the improved recipe, without the Epsom salts,
it will be longer and more difficult to harvest the stones, a few days instead
of all in the morning. Unless you do a colonic irrigation.
Anyway, this is not important to gather stones. Only for your
curiosity. What is important is to do the cleaning.
Recipe
Strangely, the recipe for the liver cleanse I have done in
the Philippines in November 2007, was exactly the same as the one in the book
The Cure For All HIV & AIDS I came across in India in October 2007,
just before my trip to the Philippines!
As I shipped this book from India, it is only several months
after my return from the Philippines that I was delighted to discover that the
recipe was in the book!
Recommendations
In the recipe below, you will see that Dr. Clark recommends
antiparasitic treatment before the liver flush. What I did not do. She also
recommends to clean the kidneys, which I still have not tried yet.
She also recommends taking ornithine to sleep, as she says
that you may have the worst night of your life. What I did not do, and I spent A
VERY GOOD NIGHT.
Also, I discovered that Epsom salt is not so good for the
physical body, and we can do this cleanse WITHOUT IT. It works very well anyway.
It's great because the taste of Epsom salt is horrible.
By cons, what is important is to follow the recipe to the
letter including the timetable, to raise the maximum bladder pressure, in order
to remove stones from the ducts.
Simplified and improved recipe
for the liver and gall bladder cleanse
All you need for the recipe is half a cup of olive oil and
one big or two small fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit without any pulp.
For the cleanse, use a day like Saturday for example, this
way you can rest the next day.
-
Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that
you can do without, they could affect the effectiveness of the treatment. Go
for a fat free diet for breakfast and lunch, such as cereal with fruit,
juice, bread and canned fruit or honey (no butter or milk), baked potatoes
or other vegetables with salt and nothing more. This will allow the
accumulation of bile, which initiates a pressure in the liver. Strong
pressure facilitates the removal of stones. Drink plenty of water to
property hydrate.
-
2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2:00
PM.
-
6:00 PM. You can drink a glass of water.
Take out the olive oil and grapefruit for them to warm the room temperature.
-
8:00 PM. You can drink a second glass of
water. Get your bedtime chores done.
-
9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 cup olive oil in a
quart jar. Hand Press grapefruit juice in measuring cup. Remove the pulp
with a fork. You need at least 1/2 cup, even a little more (maximum 3/4
cup). You can add lemonade for taste. Add to this mix the olive oil. Close
the lid tightly and shake the jar until the mixture liquefies. Only fresh
grapefruit juice will give this result.
-
10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have
mixed. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or
weak persons). Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you
don’t. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready
for bed ahead of time. Don’t clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is
down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high
on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to
keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones
traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. Go to sleep, you may fail to
get stones out if you don’t.
-
6:00 AM. The next morning upon waking,
take a glass of water. If you wish, you can return to bed.
-
8:00 AM. You can take another glass of
water.
-
10:00 AM. You can eat. Start with a fruit
juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. An hour later, you can start eating
normally, but do it gently. At supper you should feel fully recovered.
As the Epsom salts is a laxative and you are not taking it,
it's much easier on the body but also much harder to see the stones coming out
at the end.
It is not important. The important thing is to do the
cleanse.
You can make this cleanse more effective,
by doing this
work in consciousness. See the

Original extract from the book The
Cure For All HIV & AIDS by Dr. Hulda Clark.
Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse
Your liver contains a large number of bile ducts. Among other things the bile removes toxins from the blood and dumps them into the intestines.
ALL cancer patients suffer from liver insufficiency. It simply cannot detoxify the body. In addition to bile duct blockage by liver stones, it is overwhelmed by the process of converting lactic acid from cancer cells into glucose. Usually it is damaged from infestation by parasites and chemicals like alcohol. You should take botanical remedies that stimulate liver function. Among those to consider are Celandine (Chelidonium), Podophyllum, Boldocynara, Lycopodium, barberry, and Vitamin C.
In addition, you need to remove the liver stones that clog the bile ducts. The stones are irregular but elongated in shape and vary in size. At the center of each is a mass of bacteria which poisons the body. The stones are known to cause upper back and shoulder pain, including bursitis, AND they prevent proper detoxification. Dr. Hulda Clark’s book The Cure for All Diseases explains in detail how to get rid of liver stones. Her cure is summarized here. You should cleanse your liver twice a year using the following procedure.
You can’t clean a liver with living parasites in it. You won’t get many stones, and you will feel quite sick. Zap daily the week before, or get through the first three weeks of the parasite killing program before attempting a liver cleanse. If you are on the maintenance parasite program, you are always ready to do the cleanse.
Completing the kidney cleanse before cleansing the liver is also highly recommended. You want your kidneys, bladder and urinary tract in top working condition so they can efficiently remove any undesirable subtonics incidentally absorbed from the intestine as the bile is being excreted.
Do any dental work first, if possible. Your mouth should be metal free and bacteria free (cavitations are cleaned). A toxic mouth can put a heavy load on the liver, burdening it immediately after a cleansing. Eliminate that problem first for best results.
List of Ingredients for Liver Cleanse:
-
Epsom salts 4 tablespoons
-
Olive Oil half cup (light olive oil is easier to get down)
-
Fresh pink grapefruit 1 large or 2 small, enough to squeeze 2/3 to 3/4 cup juice
-
Ornithine 4 to 8 300mg capsules, to be sure you can sleep. Don’t skip this or you may have the worst night of your life!
-
Large plastic straw To help drink potion
-
Pint jar with lid
Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day.
-
Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Stop the parasite program and kidney herbs too, the day before.
-
Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk), baked potato or other vegetables with salt only. This allows the bile build up and develops pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.
-
2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o’clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later.
-
Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. In 3 cups of water and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings, 3/4 cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only).
-
6:00 PM. Drink one serving (3/4 cup) of ice cold Epsom salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. In 3/4 cup water now. You may add 1/8 tsp. Vitamin C powder to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards or rinse your mouth.
-
Get the olive oil and grapefruit out to warm up.
-
8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another 3/4 cup of Epsom salts. You haven’t eaten since two o’clock, but you won’t feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success; don’t be more than 10 minutes early or late.
-
9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Squeeze the grapefruit by hand into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least 1/2 cup, more (up to 3/4 cup) is best. You may top it up with lemonade. Add this to the olive oil. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake until watery (only fresh grapefruit juice does this).
-
Now visit the bathroom one or more times, even if it makes you late for your ten o’clock drink.
Don’t be more than 15 minutes late.
-
10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Drinking through a large plastic straw helps it go down easier. You may use ketchup, cinnamon, or brown sugar to chase it down between sips. Take it to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons).
-
Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don’t. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don’t clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don’t.
-
Next morning. Upon awaking take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may to back to bed. Don’t take this potion before 6:00 AM.
-
2 Hours Later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. Drink 3/4 of the mixture. You may go back to bed.
-
After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.
How well did you do? Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a flash light to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are ill. Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a "chaff" floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan coloured, harbouring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging stones.
How safe is the liver cleanse? It is very safe. Dr. Clark’s opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. However it can make you feel quite ill for one or two days afterwards, although in every one of these cases, the maintenance parasite program had been neglected. This is why the instructions direct you to complete the parasite and kidney rinse programs first.
Congratulations! You have just taken out your gallstones without surgery! This procedure contradicts many modern medical viewpoints. Gallstones are thought to be formed in the gallbladder, not the liver. They are thought to be few, not thousands. They are not linked to pains other than gallbladder attacks. It is easy to understand why this is thought: by the time you have acute pain attacks, some stones are in the gallbladder, are big enough to see on X-ray, and have caused inflammation there. When the gallbladder is removed the acute attacks are gone, but the bursitis and other pains and digestive problems remain.
The truth is self-evident. People who have had their gallbladder surgically removed still get plenty of green, bile-coated stones, and anyone who cares to dissect their stones can see the concentric circles and crystals of cholesterol match textbook pictures of "gallstones" exactly.
